JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Davao Auditor In-Charge

Reports to: Operation Manager/Proprietor

Key Results Area:

1) Financial Management

Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Maintain good and professional relationship with co-employees

2) Follow proper work ethics on attendance, proper uniform and teamwork

3) Monitor and check the accuracy of entries in reports prepared by Davao salesman such as but not limited to the following:

2) Daily sales and inventory reports

3) Product short weight

4) Financial activity status report

5) Payments of purchases made

4) Monitor and control cash collection shortages against measured sales proceeds

5) Responsible for E3 stocks control

6) Responsible for Davao stocks loading and control

7) Indicate the correct data and accounting codes on all written reports

8) Manage and control all financial aspects of Davaobusiness in order to maintain a profitable business

9) Perform all other tasks that may be assigned by her superior from time to time;

I confirm and agree to undertake the above duties and responsibilities as Davao Auditor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as accounting, finance, computer science, or business.
  • With experience in a relevant field is generally required.
  • Exceptional research, planning, problem-solving, critical thinking, and math skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping or financial software and MS Office.
  • High level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php17, Php17,400.00 per month
