Supply Chain Planner

Business Support Outsourcing, Inc. (BSO) provides Philippine-based remote accounting, administrative, and customer support services. Our client, Pacific American Fish Company (PAFCO), is a global seafood company with over 50 years of industry experience.

PAFCO is engaged in the sourcing, processing, and distribution of seafood products for international retail, foodservice, and wholesale markets. The company operates a complex, fast-paced supply chain and is committed to quality standards, food safety compliance, and operational efficiency. Through close collaboration, BSO and PAFCO work together to support business-critical functions and deliver reliable, high-quality service across global operations.

Supply Chain Planner - Team Lead is responsible for guiding and mentoring Associate-level planners, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in Vendor and Customer Support, and supporting Supervisors and Managers in achieving team KPIs.

• Supervise, coach, and mentor Associate-level planners and support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs are achieved.
• Assist Supervisors in implementing process improvements and operational best practices.
• Serve as the escalation point for operational issues within the team.
• Participate in reporting, analysis, and daily operational planning.
• Support the Branch Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Supply Chain Associate Manager, Project Manager, and Vendor/Customer team members in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
• Ensure all material requisition orders, regular sales orders, and warehouse transfer orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
• Assist, support, and provide backup coverage for all Supply Chain team members as needed.
• Execute all Supply Chain activities, including stock take, inventory allocation and consumption, material demand planning, and purchase order management.
• Assess and manage inventory levels to maintain continuity of supply.
• Communicate with Vendor Support and Customer Support teams regarding order status, shipping details, and other operational concerns.
• Respond promptly to all vendor and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with the Operations Team across both PAFCO and BSO to ensure smooth execution of processes.
• Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and manage claims using Excel and other tools as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support Supply Chain operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, vendor support, or customer support.
• Hands-on experience in order management, vendor/customer coordination, and planning processes.
• Proven ability to guide, mentor, and coach junior staff.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and supply chain reporting tools.
• Prior experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, with exposure to supply chain, inventory, or vendor management processes, is highly desirable.
• Experience handling frozen and fresh products is an advantage.
• Experience in price negotiation is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Willing to work in the graveyard shift.

Target Start Date: Immediately, anytime between January and February 2026.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php52,500.00 per month
