Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Manage bulk material call-offs and coordinate receipts from staging areas to ensure timely availability for production.
  • Mitigate raw material shortages caused by inventory write-offs or internal rejections, working closely with the Global Supply Chain Planner (GSCP).
  • Handle quality-related issues by liaising with QC to determine solutions for blocked stock (e.g., discard, reuse, downgrade) and keep GSCP informed.
  • Coordinate vendor returns with Warehouse and Outbound teams, ensuring proper execution and documentation.
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies by gathering information from Planning, Production, and WHS; communicate with GSCP and initiate extra purchases or reschedule POs/PRs when necessary.
  • Oversee POCO execution (one-time compounding and selling of destroyed materials) and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Manage pre-shipment sample process—handover to WHC for receiving, QC for testing, and track results with GSCP.
  • Ensure proper execution of E&Rs on the production floor and warehouse, including material movement, labelling, and DMA updates.
  • Collaborate across functions (Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Service, Production, QC) to address supply issues, share market-relevant information, and drive continuous process improvements.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field, with 5+ years of operational planning experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks autonomously under pressure.
  • Good SAP expertise and excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills to drive operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English, with a team-oriented approach.
