Qualifications
- Senior High School Graduate or College Graduate
- With or without BPO experience
- Must have strong English communication skills
Salary Package
- ₱14,500 – ₱15,500 basic salary for fresh graduates (based on interview performance) + ₱2,000 NTA
- Up to ₱22,610 package for candidates with BPO experience (includes ₱20,610 basic + ₱2,000 NTA)

Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative for the Healthcare Account, you will:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats related to healthcare services.
- Assist patients, members, and providers with inquiries regarding benefits, claims, billing, and coverage.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, regulations, and confidentiality standards (HIPAA if applicable).
- Document all interactions in the system accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver excellent service while meeting performance metrics (AHT, quality, attendance).
