Media Operations Manager

Job Overview: The media operations manager (MOM) is responsible for managing a team of five to six people. The MOM oversees and directs the creation and communication of compelling, timely, and relevant media content that is cohesive with Silverlens gallery's programming — ultimately driving its commercial sales, as well as cultivating art communities and relevant dialogue across transnational borders.

Location: Makati City

Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm (onsite)

Salary Range: PhP 60,000.00 – 80,000.00 / month including commissions and benefits

Reports to: Manila and New York gallery directors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and direct all media materials for Silverlens Manila and New York.
  • Oversee the editorial calendar together with the media associate.
  • Track and analyze data towards improving engagement and sales.
  • Oversee the website content.
  • Coordinate with exhibitions and sales managers on gallery events.
  • Assist designers in conceptualizing and developing gallery merchandise
  • Oversee the maintenance of artists' files, including archives, CVs, press clippings, portfolios, and webpages. Ensure all files are saved into their proper repositories.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Mass Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related course
  • At least 5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a creative setting. Advertising agency alumni are welcome.
  • Strong understanding of brand management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
