 Preparation of External Financial Statements

 Initial checker for the accuracy of Financial Statement Supporting Schedules

 Finalization of Disbursement and Collection Summary

 Preparation of SAP and Manual Expense Report Reconciliation

 Checking of all vouchers before forwarding to manager

 Drafting of Accounting policies and memorandums

 Checking all subordinates' reports before forwarding to manager

 Any tasks assigned by the immediate superior

Minor Task:

 Conduct of Operational and Compliance Audit

 Safekeeping of Important Documents

 Monitoring of regular and one-time accrual of expenses

 Evaluation of subordinates' performance and make necessary recommendation

 Improvements of Accounting processes and procedures
