We're looking for a Factory Finance Analyst to join our team and support factory leadership through strong financial planning, analysis, and cost management. This role is essential in driving operational efficiency, value leadership, and sound financial decision-making within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Finance Co-pilot to the Factory Director and management team, providing insights for strategy, forecasts, and investment plans

  • Oversee factory financial shaping, forecasting, and reporting, including Capex and depreciation

  • Own and analyze factory P&L and cash performance, identifying issues and opportunities

  • Drive productivity initiatives, cost savings projects, and profitability analysis

  • Strengthen cost control, governance, and compliance with internal processes

  • Manage period-end and year-end closing, accruals, product costing (BOM), and pricing (ICP)

  • Collaborate with MGS, Genpact, ICTC and resolve accounting/system concerns

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 3–5 years experience in manufacturing accounting & factory operations

  • 2+ years experience in SAP manufacturing accounting

  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint

  • Good presentation and English communication skills
