Job Duties

  • Day to day and monthly (end to end) operations of Finance. To include monthly, and year end closing process, general ledger review, cash flow monitoring and forecasting, bank reconciliations, assist in payroll process, fixed asset monitoring etc.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets; prepares periodic reports that compares budgeted costs to actual costs
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  • Liaises with banks for banking requirements and updates.
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
  • Create, review and submit monthly, quarterly or yearly BIR reports.
  • Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships
  • Assist in handling tax audits, ensure compliance and liaise with external parties on tax matters

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree of any business course preferably Accountancy.
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA.)
  • Must have sufficient knowledge in basic accountancy and accounting principles
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience, with atleast 2 years in Managerial Role
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and communications skills
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
