Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, analyze, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
  • Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted results, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain and update costing systems and expense tracking processes.
  • Analyze production costs, inventory valuation, and overhead allocations.
  • Assist in developing financial plans, cost reduction strategies, and profitability analyses.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to cost and budget performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in cost accounting, budgeting, or financial planning.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting principles, cost accounting methods, and financial analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
