Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival at the service center.
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately record vehicle symptoms or service requests.
  • Provide detailed explanations of required repairs, estimated costs, and completion times.
  • Open and process repair orders in the system and obtain customer authorization.
  • Coordinate with technicians to diagnose and complete repairs or maintenance.
  • Communicate progress updates and notify customers of any additional issues or delays.
  • Conduct final quality checks with technicians before vehicle release.
  • Review and explain service invoices to customers upon job completion.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns courteously and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and promote service loyalty programs.
  • Follow dealership policies, safety standards, and service procedures.
