Job Summary:

The Supervisor - Enterprise Systems supports the stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of the company's ERP (NetSuite and Exist) environment by handling day-to-day system administration, leading end-user support and training, and maintaining clean, compliant master data. The role ensures smooth operations across different modules while escalating complex issues to the Junior Manager - Enterprise Systems.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Accountancy, or any relevant Business/IT field;
  • At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in ERP system administration, user support, data governance, or systems/process roles;
  • Other relevant certifications (advantage): NetSuite Administrator Certification, ITIL Foundation, Data Governance or Analytics Certificate, CPA.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Administer and secure the ERP system by managing user access, roles, configurations, monitoring workflows/jobs, and enforcing SoD and control policies to ensure system integrity and compliance.
  • Provide end-to-end system support including L1–L2 troubleshooting, issue documentation, escalation management, and execution of UAT, post-deployment checks, and release validations.
  • Enable user adoption and capability by developing training materials, conducting onboarding and refresher sessions, and delivering timely functional support to meet response-time SLAs.
  • Govern and maintain high-quality master data through validation, regular data quality checks, complete audit trails, and participation in data standardization and governance initiatives.
  • Support reporting, analytics, and system enhancements by preparing accurate ERP/BI reports, performing data extraction and cleansing, documenting requirements, supporting testing and deployments, and coordinating with IT, vendors, and process owners.
