Receiving and Inspection

  • Receive incoming deliveries of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods.
  • Inspect items for quality, quantity, and accuracy against delivery receipts and purchase orders.

Report any discrepancies or damages immediately to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Proper Storage and Inventory Management

  • Store materials and products in designated areas, following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles and food safety standards.
  • Ensure all items are properly labelled, organized, and protected from contamination.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and assist in monthly and year-end inventory audits.

Order Preparation and Dispatch

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure proper documentation (e.g., delivery receipts, invoices) is included with outbound shipments.

Compliance with Food Safety Standards.

  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adhere to company policies on hygiene, sanitation, and food safety.
  • Participate in cleaning and sanitation of the warehouse, especially in food storage zones.
  • Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Management.

Qualification:

  • * Graduate of any 4 year course.
  • * Has knowledge in SAP
  • * With experience in warehousing and logistics.
