JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Conduct field visits/roving to identify and approach potential clients.
  • Promote and present company services (maintenance, facilities services, and trading).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals and quotations.
  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure proper service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least College level/Graduate.
  • With experience in sales, fieldwork, or client acquisition (advantage).
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Willing to travel or rove to different sites.
  • Goal-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • With pleasing personality
