About the role

Join the dynamic team at Fun Han Mart' as a fulltime Store Staff in San Fernando City La Union. You will be an integral part of ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience every time they visit our store.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to all customers
  2. Assist with cashier duties, including operating the cash register and managing cash handling
  3. Restock and organise merchandise to maintain a neat and appealing store presentation
  4. Process customer returns and exchanges efficiently
  5. Collaborate with the team to complete store opening and closing duties
  6. Maintain awareness of store promotions and actively promote them to customers
  7. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

What we're looking for

  1. Strong customer service skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
  2. Basic cash handling and numerical skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  4. Ability to work well in a team and independently
  5. Flexible and adaptable to handle a varied workload
  6. Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
