· Conduct toolbox meeting everyday before working on site.

· Ensure that the workplace complies with national and local safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, DOLE standards).

· Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.

· Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.

· Ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

· Conduct risk assessments to identify potential safety issues.

· Develop and implement preventive measures to reduce workplace risks.

· Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and prevent recurrence.

· Maintain records of workplace hazards, incidents, and near-misses.

· Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.

· Prepare safety reports for management and regulatory agencies.

· Ensure compliance with safety documentation and permits.

· Perform duties instructed by immediate supervisor from time to time.
