Export Documentation Staff

  • Handle shipment documentation, including airway bills, cargo manifests, customs clearance paperwork such as export declaration and certificate of origin, and invoices.

  • Receive, monitor, and process daily freight movements.

  • Ensure the correct paperwork is in place for shipments and exporters.

  • Monitor freight throughout the export process.

  • Maintain a database that tracks merchandise and cargoes.

  • Prepare documents and forms to move goods through import and export procedures.

  • Review paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.

  • Perform such other functions as directed by the Immediate Superior.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing or any related course.

  • Previous experience in international shipping or supply chain, or with import/export is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented and organized.
