About the role

We are seeking a driven and talented Fullstack Softwarw Developer to join our dynamic e-commerce team at WeTrade Digital Ventures Inc. in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

We are looking for a versatile, hands-on Software Developer to be the technical backbone of our company. In this role, your job is to support the business by building, maintaining, and improving any software process we use.

You aren't just managing a website; you are supporting the entire company's growth. Whether it's automating a manual task for the warehouse, building a custom landing page for marketing, or connecting our sales data to a finance dashboard—if it involves code, you are the person in charge.


Your Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Development: Take ownership of every technical project from the initial idea to the final launch.
  • Cross-Department Support: Act as the technical partner for all teams. You will help Marketing with tracking pixels, Operations with inventory automation, and Finance with data reporting.
  • System Maintenance: Proactively monitor our e-commerce platform and internal tools to ensure everything is running 24/7 without glitches.
  • Process Improvement: Look at how the company works and find ways to make it better through software (e.g., automating repetitive tasks or building custom internal tools).
  • Integration Management: Ensure all our different software (Shopify/WooCommerce, ERP, CRM, Shipping apps) "talk" to each other perfectly.

What You Bring to the Table
  • The "Support" Mindset: You enjoy being the person who makes everyone else's job easier through smart technology.
  • Full-Stack Versatility: Comfortable with Frontend (HTML/CSS/JS) for the customer experience and Backend , PHP, or Python) for the logic and data.
  • API & Automation Expert: You are great at connecting different software services (Zapier, custom API integrations, or Webhooks).
  • Database Management: Ability to organize and pull data to help the company make better decisions.
  • Independent Executor: You don't need a manual. You can take a business problem and figure out the technical solution yourself.

Experience Requirements
  • Proven experience in an E-commerce environment.
  • Experience with database management and API integrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting and deployment.
