Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field.

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in agricultural marketing, product promotion, or sales support.

  • Basic understanding of crop production, pest management, and pesticide usage.

  • Experience in conducting product demonstrations, organizing training sessions, and implementing promotional campaigns.

  • Good skills in presenting product information, educating customers, and preparing promotional materials.

Job Descriptions

  • Educating farmers and retailers on pesticide product features, benefits, and proper usage through demonstrations, training sessions, and direct communication.

  • Identifying key target segments, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and influencers.

  • Working with the trade to ensure timely availability and stock liquidation in the sales channel
