About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at MM Royalcare Marketing Services Inc. as a Chat Support | Social Media Account | Virtual Process agent. Based in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila, this full-time role will see you providing exceptional customer service through various digital channels.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently via live chat, email, and social media platforms
- Managing social media accounts to engage with customers, handle complaints, and promote products/services
- Performing virtual process tasks such as data entry, research, and administrative support
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
