Job Description:

  • Conduct precise land surveys to establish property boundaries, elevations, and geographic features.
  • Prepare and validate survey maps, technical descriptions, and land plans in compliance with government standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform relocation, subdivision, and topographic surveys for land development projects.
  • Verify and reconcile land titles, deeds, and survey records to resolve boundary conflicts.
  • Provide accurate survey data to support architectural, engineering, and construction teams in project planning and execution.
  • Operate and maintain survey instruments and GPS equipment for accurate data gathering.
  • Coordinate with government agencies for survey approval, land titling, and permit applications.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and professional standards.
  • Prepare and submit technical reports, computations, and survey documents for management and regulatory use.
  • Support the company in land acquisition and site development activities by providing technical expertise.

Job Qualification:

  • Licensed Geodetic Engineer (PRC Board Passer).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Geodetic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in land surveying, mapping, and site development (experience in real estate/property development is an advantage).
  • Proficient in using survey instruments, GPS, Total Station, and AutoCAD or similar software.
  • Strong knowledge of land laws, property registration, and survey standards in the Philippines.
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work with engineers, architects, and government agencies.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in survey results.
