Retail Sales Associate – Deliver Great Service, Drive Sales, and Keep the Store Shining

As a key member of the store team, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes customers, helps them find what they need, and ensures every visit is a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make confident choices.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns with care and efficiency.
  • Promote and upsell products to support sales goals.
  • Understand product features and benefits to better serve customer needs.
  • Support informed purchasing decisions through attentive service.
  • Ensure shelves are well-stocked and displays are appealing.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling various payment methods.
  • Assist with inventory tasks, including restocking and monitoring stock levels.

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
  • Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making
