  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and retail management software
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve store efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Coach, train, and develop a team of sales associates to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and provide outstanding customer service
  • Monitor and analyse store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php25,000.00 per month
