Position: Accountant II, SG-16

Office assignment: Accounting Unit

Salary: Php1,891.63/day

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in any business/finance-related courses;
  • Licensed CPA;
  • Extensive knowledge in the use of spreadsheets or other MS Tools used in preparing financial reports;
  • Has a keen eye for details specially when analyzing financial reports;
  • Knowledge of current and existing government audit rules and regulations;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Willing to work under contract of service;

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the operations of the Students Services;
  • Review documents of financial transactions prior to processing;
  • Remittance of Withholding Taxes (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Filing);
  • Prepare Financial Reports (Monthly, Quarterly Trial Balance and Financial Statements)
  • Prepare Free Higher Education Billing;
  • Review Journal Entry Vouchers;
  • Other task as maybe assigned.
