We're Hiring: Supply Manager – Hotel / Catering Industry Experience Preferred

NAIA, Pasay | Onsite | Dayshift

We are looking for an experienced Supply Manager to oversee the end-to-end supply and procurement process for our business unit operations. This role is ideal for someone with a background in hotel, restaurant, airline catering, or supply chain management who can ensure timely and cost-efficient sourcing while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient and timely supply of all products, equipment, and materials according to specifications.

  • Manage supplier negotiations to secure the best prices, service, and conditions.

  • Coordinate with operational units, suppliers, and contractors for smooth procurement and materials management.

  • Oversee direct import processes, staying updated with customs and licensing requirements.

  • Manage third-party suppliers, warehouses, and stock levels (perishables, non-perishables, bar and duty-free items).

  • Provide monthly reports on material volumes, cost savings, logistics, and supplier performance.

  • Collaborate with production and sales teams to support menu development and introduce innovative market product solutions.

  • Maintain accurate data on prices, market trends, and forecasts.

  • Play a key role in new projects related to business unit operations.

Qualifications:

  • College degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Must have 3–5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or materials management, preferably in the hotel, restaurant, or airline catering industry.

  • Has at least 10-20 years of experience in the hotel industry.

  • Strong knowledge of food supply management, import rules and regulations, and supply agreements.

  • Excellent negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable handling data, reports, and cost calculations.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Good people skills for building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
