We are looking for a passionate and responsible Store Manager to lead our flower shop's daily operations. If you have strong leadership skills, enjoy working with people, and love a creative retail environment, we want you on our team

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service for walk-ins, phone, and online orders.
  • Manage floral orders for events (weddings, birthdays, funerals, corporate).
  • Handle inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies; ensure product freshness.
  • Supervise, train, and schedule store staff.
  • Maintain clean, beautiful, and well-organized store displays.
  • Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and basic store budgeting.
  • Coordinate deliveries and ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a store manager or supervisor (floral/retail experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of flowers and basic floral arrangement is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications.
  • Willing to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
  • Willing to be assigned in Pasay City
