  • Handle the operations of Micro Feeders efficiently and promptly address any issues that arise.
  • Continuously observe Micro Feeder condition and operational parameters. Initiate corrective actions when these standards are not met.
  • Manage additives refilling at Micro Feeder.
  • Prepares Packaging material replenishment to ensure continuous operation.
  • Handles requisition of Packaging Materials and Additives.
  • Manages Packaging Materials staging area.
  • Assist in Performing weigher and metal detector verification.
  • Assist in Perform sieving and re bagging activities.
  • Assist in Performing manual bagging and palletizing of customized and special products.
  • Perform size-up of Flour Bins.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance group regarding plant shutdown or machine breakdown.
  • Report any unusual events or operational situations to the Production Supervisor and provide recommendations and suggestions for improvement.
  • Personally oversee the maintenance of good sanitation, personal hygiene, and pest control activities within the Packaging Section.
  • May be assigned to Flour Bagging, Bran Bagging, 1-kg, and Bulk Loading or any Special Bagging Operations whenever required.
  • Ensure the implementation of 5S, GMP, food safety, and safety practices in the workplace.
  • Execute other tasks or special projects as assigned by the Assistant Production Supervisor and Production Supervisor.
