About the Role

We're looking for an experienced
Senior Digital Marketing Specialist
(
SEO and Paid Advertising)
with a deep understanding of how search, data, and creative work together to drive performance. You'll manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns from strategy and execution through to optimisation and reporting across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads. You'll also lead technical and on-page SEO initiatives and leverage emerging tools such as
Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
to enhance campaign efficiency and content performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO and paid media strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Manage campaigns across
    Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
    , including budget management, audience targeting, creative testing, and optimisation.
  • Conduct keyword research, site audits, and technical SEO reviews to drive organic growth.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance using
    GA4, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools
    .
  • Use
    GenAI and LLM-powered tools
    to enhance ad creative, content optimisation, and data insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on landing pages, conversion tracking, and CRO initiatives.
  • Stay on top of search engine and ad platform updates, trends, and best practices.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and paid advertising.
  • Proven success managing multi-channel advertising campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of
    GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking frameworks
    .
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data, draw insights, and optimise for performance.
  • Knowledge of
    Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
    and their marketing applications.
  • Excellent communication in English and project management skills.
  • Experience working with
    B2B brands or complex sales cycles
    is highly regarded but not essential.
