About the role
Join Yinshan Lending Inc.' as an Invoice Assistant, supporting our dynamic Finance team. In this full-time role based in Makati City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for processing and managing invoices to ensure timely and accurate billing and payments.
What you'll be doing
1、Take over the work from Roan.
2、Issue Manual Invoices and finance data summary.
3、Coordinate with HashMicro to learn how to issue e-invoice.
4、Lead part-time team to accomplish manual invoice issuing for fiscal year 2025 before 2026 April 25.
5、Evaluate the part-time team's work and commit necessary reschedule or substitute.
What we're looking for
- Strong administrative and data entry skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- At least 1 years' experience in an administrative or finance support role
