We are looking for an experienced IT System Administrator to manage and maintain our server infrastructure (Linux and Windows) and ensure the stability, security, and performance of our Active Directory environment. The role will involve server administration, user and group management, system troubleshooting, and collaboration with IT teams to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Manage and support Active Directory, including users, groups, GPOs, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Monitor server performance, apply patches, and perform regular system maintenance.
  • Implement security measures and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve server, network, and authentication issues.
  • Support IT infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
  • Maintain system documentation, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator focusing on Linux and Windows environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPOs, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Hands-on experience with server monitoring, patching, and backup tools.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell or scripting for automation is a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
