  • Order Confirmation: Review Order Slips meticulously for accuracy.
  • Customer Care & Problem-Solving: Address guest questions politely; escalate issues promptly to management if needed.
  • Create Positive Experiences: Engage pleasantly with guests, building rapport and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Perform opening and closing routines diligently; cross-train for versatility across stations.
