- Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff.
- Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
- Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Can assist, revise, and implement KPI & KRA
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring, updating and implementing Labor laws, conducting investigations for cases and issues that may occur, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
- Should be able to work alone and with other managers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or similar
- Relevant experience in an HR role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- With strong experience in KPI & KRA creation & implementation
- Strong moral and ethical code.
- can do multi ask
- can work alone with minimum supervision
- Excellent administrative skills.
- With BOSH certificate is a plus but not required.
- Salary negotiable based on experience and skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
