  • Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff.
  • Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
  • Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Can assist, revise, and implement KPI & KRA
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring, updating and implementing Labor laws, conducting investigations for cases and issues that may occur, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
  • Should be able to work alone and with other managers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or similar
  • Relevant experience in an HR role.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • With strong experience in KPI & KRA creation & implementation
  • Strong moral and ethical code.
  • can do multi ask
  • can work alone with minimum supervision
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • With BOSH certificate is a plus but not required.
  • Salary negotiable based on experience and skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
