Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that aligns with brand objectives.
  • Manage social media campaigns to promote properties, events, and company initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a strong online community.
  • Collaborate with the videography and graphic design teams for content creation.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and analytics.
  • Excellent written and visual storytelling skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus
