  • Graduate of any 4 years baccalaureate course (especially in BA courses )
  • With 6 months to 1 year of managerial experience in an automotive company

  • Good leadership skills and with considerable network of people who are also willing to work as sales agents

Job Description

  • Plans, organizes, and controls the operation and activities of the work unit; prepares and secures approval of the budget in support of such operation and activities.
  • Participates in the operational planning process for the determination of sales forecasts and targets
  • Monitors actual performance of Sales Consultants during regular meetings or one-on-one discussions;
  • Consolidates performance reports of Sales Consultants, submits summary reports with corresponding analysis and recommendations.
  • Attends trainings programs and learning sessions for the enhancement of professional and technical proficiencies.
