Key Responsibilities:
1. Checking & Verification

Inspect and verify all incoming and outgoing materials, including raw materials, finished glass products, and supplies.
Ensure that quantities and specifications match the delivery receipt (DR), purchase order (PO), and other shipping documents.
Check the quality and condition of glass products before dispatch to prevent transport damage or discrepancies.

2. Documentation & Reporting

Accurately record all checked items in log sheets, checklists, inventory forms, and system records.
Prepare and submit daily reports on deliveries, discrepancies, and material movements.
Ensure all documents are properly signed, filed, and coordinated with the Logistics and Accounting departments.

3. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with drivers, helpers, warehousemen, production teams, and sales staff regarding schedules and loading requirements.
Communicate any discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately to the Logistics Supervisor.
Assist in the planning and scheduling of deliveries and pick-ups.

4. Warehouse & Loading Operations

Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure accuracy and safety.
Ensure that proper handling of glass materials is observed to avoid breakage.
Assist in organizing and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse and dispatch areas.

5. Compliance & Safety

Adhere to company policies, safety rules, and quality standards related to glass manufacturing logistics.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices during checking and loading activities.
Report any unsafe acts, equipment issues, or hazards to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate or College Level; vocational or logistics-related course is an advantage.
At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory checking (experience in glass manufacturing is a plus).
Basic knowledge of inventory procedures and documentation.
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and under time pressure.
