Spillway Workforce Solutions is a staffing and business solutions company with clients in the United States and the United Kingdom.

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our remote team and support a fast-moving, AI-focused client. In this role, you will drive collaboration, facilitate Agile processes, and help cross-functional teams stay aligned, productive, and continuously improving.

You will guide the team in applying Agile principles, lead Scrum ceremonies, and serve as a coach and problem-solver—ensuring smooth project delivery and a strong culture of accountability and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Work closely with the Product Developer to prioritize the product backlog
  • Identify and resolve blockers to keep the team on track
  • Track and report KPIs and sprint progress to stakeholders
  • Foster team alignment and accountability through Agile coaching
  • Promote continuous improvement through feedback and retrospectives
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality work within Agile timelines
  • Communicate risks, updates, and key metrics clearly to leadership
  • Support a collaborative, transparent team environment
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Strong command of Agile and Scrum principles
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to resolve conflict and drive team alignment
  • Comfortable leading remote teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira or Trello
  • Servant leadership mindset with strong emotional intelligence
  • Bonus: Understanding of basic programming or database querying
  • Bonus: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
  • Extra points for SAFe or Kanban certifications
