Project Engineer

Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines URVANO Planners and Builders Full time ₱900,000 - ₱1,200,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and oversee day-to-day activities at the project site to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and schedules.
  2. Prepare, consolidate, and submit regular project reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) covering progress, issues encountered, resolutions, and recommendations.
  3. Conduct punch listing and quality assurance checks to ensure that works are completed according to standards and contract requirements.
  4. Monitor and evaluate contractors' performance, construction methodologies, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  5. Facilitate conflict resolution among project stakeholders (contractors, designers, and workers) to avoid project delays.
  6. Ensure timely coordination with contractors, suppliers, and the project team to resolve technical and administrative concerns.
  7. Implement construction management practices, including scheduling, cost monitoring, and resource allocation.
  8. Attend site inspections and meetings to address project concerns, identify potential risks, and recommend corrective measures.
  9. Review and validate project-related documents such as material submittals, progress billings, and variation orders.
  10. Prepare and maintain proper project documentation, including minutes of meetings, correspondence, and technical reports.
  11. Represent the project team in stakeholder consultations, site inspections, and technical coordination meetings.
  12. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned in support of successful project completion.

Qualifications:

➔ Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture

➔ Eligibility: Preferably Licensed

➔ Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in construction supervision and project management
