The opportunity

Ultra Insulated Panel Systems, Corp. is seeking a talented Project Engineer to join our team in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our complex construction projects, leveraging your technical expertise and project management skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring timely and efficient project execution
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project implementation, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning
  • Manage project budgets and monitor financial performance to ensure projects are delivered within agreed parameters
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address issues and ensure alignment on project goals
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and implement proactive measures to ensure project success
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and best practices
  • Participate in the development and implementation of innovative solutions to optimise project delivery

What we're looking for

  • Must be a graduate of BS Civil Engineering
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willing to be assigned in different provinces
  • For 6 months project based employment
