: The Sales Associate is responsible for researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will need to discuss and match the needs of your business customers to be able to generate new business for the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential clients through various strategic sales activities and turn this into new business
  • Conduct sales calls as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Achievement of set individual new business targets and contribute to the overall team targets
  • Research and Setup meetings to build relationships with the decision makers and principals within the client organization
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
  • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Submit weekly progress reports and other reports that the management may require in relation to new business activities.
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM or other sales management system.

Job Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related business course
  • Experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) sales environment is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates who are committed, proactive, and eager to learn are welcome to apply

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City (Hybrid Setup)

Schedule: Monday to Friday
