About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting clerk/staff to join our dynamic team at Suarez Water Treatment & Services' in Mandaue City, Cebu. This full-time position will be responsible for a variety of accounting duties, contributing to the overall financial operations of our growing company.

Core Responsibilities:

Financial Record Management: Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.

Transaction Processing: Processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.

Account Reconciliation: Reconciling accounts with the general ledger and bank statements.

Client Interaction: Handling client inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

What we're looking for

  • With or without experience (fresh graduate are welcome)

  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite

  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
