As an Intake Coodinator - Authorization , you will be responsible for the following:
- Contact US Hospitals to follow up on patient discharge & readmission to Home Health agency
- Coordinate with Intake Team on the status of patient readmission
- Gather Medical Records for readmission
- Contact previous patients or non-admitted patients to recommend Home Health services
Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Medical Course or Business Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Preferably with at least 6 months of experience in Clinical Process Outsourcing set up or BPO Healthcare Account
- Open for fresh graduates with insurance authorization experience is an advantage
Others:
- Excellent communication skills both oral & written
- Analytical & Detail Oriented
- Fast learner & willing to be constantly trained of new processes
- Amenable to work on site with US schedule (PST/DST)
- Amenable to work in a night and shifting schedule.
