As an Intake Coodinator - Authorization , you will be responsible for the following:

  • Contact US Hospitals to follow up on patient discharge & readmission to Home Health agency
  • Coordinate with Intake Team on the status of patient readmission
  • Gather Medical Records for readmission
  • Contact previous patients or non-admitted patients to recommend Home Health services

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Medical Course or Business Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of experience in Clinical Process Outsourcing set up or BPO Healthcare Account
  • Open for fresh graduates with insurance authorization experience is an advantage

  • Fast learner & willing to be constantly trained of new processes
  • Amenable to work on site with US schedule (PST/DST)
  • Amenable to work in a night and shifting schedule.
