Role Overview
The
Cx Representative / Function Delivery Analyst
acts as a liaison between project teams, hiring managers, and external vendors to ensure smooth recruitment, onboarding, and lifecycle management of contractors (both local and expat). The role focuses on strategic recruitment coordination, vendor and stakeholder management, and process compliance within a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding Operations
- Manage the end-to-end contractor lifecycle: demand intake, sourcing, screening, offer, onboarding, renewal, and offboarding.
- Work with agency vendors to ensure quality candidate pipelines.
- Oversee compliance and documentation (e.g., NDA, BGC, work permits, EPs).
- Track and manage renewals, extensions, roll-offs, and conversions.
- Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Project Managers, Hiring Managers, HR, and Talent Connectors to forecast and meet resourcing needs.
- Conduct weekly or ad hoc updates to ensure alignment on recruitment progress.
- Provide insights based on industry trends and talent market data.
- Vendor Management
- Evaluate and monitor vendor performance and SLAs.
- Conduct benchmarking and market risk analysis.
- Negotiate and optimize vendor contracts in line with business strategy.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree (any discipline).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in technology recruitment (agency or in-house).
Skills & Traits
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
- Resilient, energetic, and detail-oriented with a "can-do" attitude.
- Collaborative and consultative mindset for stakeholder management.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Vendor coordination or supplier management experience is a strong plus.
Working Conditions
- Hybrid setup: 1–2 days per month onsite at Robinsons Cybergate Towers 2, Mandaluyong.
- Schedule: 10 AM – 7 PM Brisbane time (8 AM – 5 PM Manila time).
- Calendar: Follows Brisbane holidays; compensated if Manila holidays are worked.
