Innosen Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Procurement Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Procurement Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services to support our manufacturing operations as well as our R&D team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of our company.What you'll be doing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate favorable contract terms, and manage supplier relationships

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities, trends, and cost-saving initiatives

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's objectives and budgetary constraints

Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms, prices, and quality

Build and maintain a robust network of reliable suppliers

Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely order placement and delivery to support production schedules

Analyse procurement data, identify areas for improvement, and recommend process optimization strategies

Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant laws, and industry standards in all procurement activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks

Provide training and support to other members of the procurement team as needed

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role, preferably in the manufacturing industry

Demonstrated expertise in supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization strategies

Proficient in procurement software, data analysis tools, and MS Office suite

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices in procurement and supply chain management
