To provide technical support to the Operations Manager in the monitoring of plant operations including off season repairs, develops and assists in monitoring strategic plans, projects, and other systems and handles the office and record management of the division.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Gather and consolidates various operation reports, such as mill weekly operations, distillery weekly operations, daily operations and weekly progress report.

  2. Prepares inputs for creation of templates of process flows and material balances.

  3. Takes active part in production planning, process discussion, project conception and problem solving activities.

  4. Coordinates with other sections on reports, data and other requirements.

  5. Prepares Operations Manuals including work procedures and instructions and trouble-shooting guide.

  6. Assist in providing technical support for new projects/expansion and other productivity improvement projects.
