Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Commerce Live Stream Operator to handle the technical execution of live selling sessions across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Shopee. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth, high-quality live streams by managing audio, video, lighting, overlays, and connectivity. You will work closely with Live Sellers, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to deliver engaging live content that drives sales and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and manage live selling sessions using OBS and TikTok Live Studio
  • Ensure stable streaming quality, including audio, video, lighting, and internet connectivity
  • Manage overlays, scenes, transitions, and product displays during live sessions
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in real time during broadcasts
  • Coordinate closely with the Live Seller to ensure smooth flow and timing
  • Monitor live stream performance and audience engagement metrics
  • Prepare pre- and post-live reports, including analytics and technical performance
  • Analyze customer behavior, sales data, and product performance using marketplace seller centers
  • Serve as backup Live Host when needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of E-commerce operations (brand or marketplace environment)
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in OBS and TikTok Live Studio
  • Familiarity with live streaming best practices (bitrate, resolution, encoding)
  • Basic on-camera skills and understanding of live selling dynamics
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret stream performance data
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
