THE LIVE HOST SPECIALIST

The Live Host Specialist is responsible for engaging audiences and driving sales through Shopee and Tiktok Live streaming platforms. This role combines dynamic product presentation, real-time customer interaction, and performance-driven hosting to create an enjoyable shopping experience that converts engagement into purchases.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Host live streaming sessions showcasing products, emphasizing features, benefits, and promotions
  • Encourage real-time purchases by engaging viewers and creating a persuasive shopping experience
  • Promote campaigns, discounts, and special offers to boost sales performance
  • Responding promptly to customer questions and comments in real-time

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Addressing concerns and provide product guidance to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Fostering a positive, interactive, and enjoyable shopping environment
  • Developing scripts, talking points, and demonstration plans for each live session
  • Adjusting presentation style based on audience behavior and feedback.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and brand representation

You'll be hands-on with:

  • Monitoring key metrics such as viewer count, engagement rate, and sales generated
  • Reviewing session performance and implementing strategies to improve future broadcasts
  • Providing insights and recommendations to marketing and sales teams

You'll help us by:

  • Coordinating with marketing and e-commerce teams to support campaigns and promotions
  • Sharing live session insights to inform overall digital marketing strategies
  • Ensuring live content contributes to brand goals and business objectives
