We are looking for Field Auditors for the following cities:

  • Cebu City
  • Cagayan De Oro

Job Functions:

Audit Function

  • Verify manpower deployed - conformity to valid documentation
  • Attendance
  • DTR and time card signed by authorized store signatories
  • Overtime form signed by authorized store signatories
  • Salary received vs Payslip
  • Verify validity of transactions
  • Official Receipts and Sales Invoice
  • Acknowledgement Receipts
  • Delivery Receipts
  • Bundlers Accomplishment Receipt
  • Weekly submission of Audit Report
  • Weekly update of disciplinary proceedings of manpower with audit report/findings

Finance Function

  • Prepares progress reports of issues and concerns and regularly discusses and updates line manager
  • Assist in inventory counts and other finance projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php10, Php15,000.00 per month
