Faculty Development Officer

Cainta A, Philippines STI Education Services Group Inc Full time ₱30,000 - ₱60,000 per year

Responsible for advancing instructional excellence across the STI network through faculty development initiatives, including Faculty Competency Certification, Onboarding, and CPD.

The officer works under the Faculty Development Head, collaborating with key departments to ensure initiatives are effectively implemented and aligned with institutional goals. They also manage faculty data, analyze trends, and provide insights to improve teaching standards and ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Must have at least 2-3 years working experience in training, education, or faculty development
  • In depth knowledge in instructional design (i.e ADDIE model), training facilitation, and program implementation
  • Preferably with background in quality standards
  • Preferably with experience in using learning management systems
  • Willing to report onsite from Monday to Friday
