Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, E-commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus (preferred but not required)
  • 5+ years of experience in E-Commerce or retail management ideally within a leadership or managerial role.
  • Experience in a business unit or product management role is highly advantageous
  • Proven track record in sales management, online retail operations, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Systems and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, online marketing and conversion optimization.
  • Experience in inventory management and supply chain is also a plus, but not required.
