About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Maintenance professional to join our growing team in Paranaque City Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our commercial building, maintaining a safe and well-functioning environment for our tenants and visitors.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform general maintenance and repair work on the building's systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other mechanical equipment
  2. Identify and address any issues or problems in a timely manner to prevent disruptions or safety hazards
  3. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to proactively address potential problems
  4. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and expenditures
  5. Respond promptly to tenant requests and work diligently to resolve any issues
  6. Ensure the building's common areas, grounds, and facilities are kept clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field
  2. Strong working knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general handyman skills
  3. Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and other technical documents
  4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
  6. Flexible and adaptable, able to work independently or as part of a team
  7. Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  8. Can drive manual car
