We're Hiring: Business Analyst

Location: Ortigas / Hybrid

Schedule: Dayshift

Start Date: ASAP

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Product Development team If you're passionate about bridging business needs with technical solutions and have a knack for clear documentation and collaboration, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

  • Gather and document business requirements
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and other teams
  • Translate requirements into clear, actionable specifications
  • Support testing and ensure quality delivery
  • Provide insights through data analysis

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence is a plus
  • Background in mobile apps, banking, or e-wallets is a plus
